[plug] Mailing list downtime

Hi,

I would like to apologise on behalf of the PLUG admins for the recent
mailing list downtime.  PLUG's servers recently changed IP addresses
(due to Arachnet's acquisition by amnet) and had not been properly
configured to use the new addresses.  Unfortunately, a fair amount of
mail appears to half been lost; if you sent anything to the mailing list
over the last few days that hasn't come through, you may want to re-send
it.
