Absolutely definitely the biggest attraction for going wireless.  In a
rented house even more so since the money is being thrown at someone
else's property even IF they let you do it.

But yeah, for the headaches of cabling, I think it's not worth it these
days unless you are going to have many computers, telephones, patch
panels etc. more like a corporate installation.
