[plug] error message in /var/log/message

EIP is the instruction pointer. It appears the EIP contained an invalid
number that was out of bounds, or the 
kernel was for some reason not willing to handle/access the memory
address contained in the EIP.

Some suggestions:

Reseat the video card. Re-seat the RAM in the server. If the problem
keeps occurring, replace the RAM.

Make sure the CPU is clocked to the standard speed in the BIOS etc. no
overclocking. 
Remove and reseat the heatsink and renew the heatsink compound.

At first glance I believe you are looking at a hardware problem.

Client told me the server was not responding when he came in and
therefore he rebooted (turned off the server).
