It looks like you need to run a USB cable from the back of the PCI card,
to a USB 2.0 port.
   So its basically a USB tuner bolted onto the back of a PCI card. Ugly!!
You might as well buy two separate devices, and have more flexibility,
especially as you could do it for the same price. (I saw $275).
