This is a problem. Why is your DNS cache (presumably it's on your
ADSL router) returning 1.0.0.0 as the address of www.mozilla.org? It
should be returning 207.126.111.226.
Why does Daniel (sitting behind me) keep saying "that's weird"? He's
right, of course.

There's firefox dutifully trying to connect to 1.0.0.0, and not
getting anywhere.

Could you try the same thing using konqueror instead of firefox? I
know you've said that konqueror works, but it might be useful to
compare the two.
Or alternatively, capture the traffic when you type
ping www.mozilla.org
