[plug] [OT] Housemates - really offtopic

Hi PLUGers,

Lyndon here, this-time on a not even vaguely linux-related topic.

I'm currently renting a house in Cloverdale (next to Belmont), and two
of the people who were due to move in with me last Sunday bailed. I'm
currently sharing with one other person, but I need at least three
people in the house to make rent affordable (for me anyway ( poor
student and all:\( )). If anyone is looking for somewhere to rent at
the moment, then this place is pretty good.

It:
      - Is five minutes from Belmont forum,
      - 15/20 minutes from the city,
      - 20 minutes from Curtin Uni.
      - Has three bedrooms,
      - one bathroom,
      - lounge-room,
      - kitchen,
      - laundry,
      - back-shed.
      - garage(can't be used for cars unless you plan on being parked in).

      and best of all...

      - rent is $340 a fortnight which means you would be paying...
      - $56 a week

      and

      - Tech-Friendly! (With 12Mbit iinet ADSL2 and wireless)

Currently it is the master bedroom that's free, which has built-in
cupboards/wardrobe.

Anyway, sorry for bugging (spamming?) the list with this, but I've
been looking madly for one more housemate ever since I was left in the
lurch by the people who cancelled on me. And if any of you /are/
actually looking for a place to rent, then hey, it might be useful...
