What do you call the "boarder" bit at the top and bottom of windows
that had the stuff in it like "title of application web site being
viewed" maximise/minimize and close buttons...

I just did an update of dapper and it looks like it broke XGL a little
bit and removed those bits.. I'm trying to figure out what those bits
are called so I can search for information on it :-P
