[plug] Postfix Woes

Morning,

I've been following the guide at: 
http://workaround.org/articles/ispmail-sarge/

And have done everything as instructed, or so I believe anyway..
And in mail.log I'm getting the following:

Any ideas? Looks like a MySQL issue, but I can't find where to change it..
