When I was job hunting about a year ago, I noticed this same job specification come up over and over again, must be having trouble filling it. Either that, or there's so much work they have ten people working with the same job description?

I'd be interested to see whats involved with the job, as well as what the "competitive salary" was for the job as I've had a few friends who've left iiNet over the years (basic helpdesk, tier 2 support, perl programmer like above and a project manager) and apart from the helpdesk role, they've all said salary was a fair way under what they'd have expected!
