Been waiting for someone to say something.

The question I have is, what about people syncing with NTP? Do we need
new zone files? Or because they sync based on UTC time, we need new
zone files.

I'm mightly glad I am using customised login scripts on the windows
clients here, they shouldn't be effected one bit by the changes, as
long as the server is correct! :D
