[plug] Web site design - Commercial opportunity

Hi all,

The company i'm working for is looking for some pricing on
design/implementation of some internal web pages. Its small contract
which may be expanded to include the design of
http://www.l-3com.com/nautronix/ in future.

One of the pages needs to be done using xlst and the others can be
done on top of Apache using cgi with a choice of languages (php, perl
or ruby) using css for layout. MySQL or Postgres are available as DB
backends if required.

The pages are largely static, but require graphic design polish which
I dont have the skillset to provide.
