Does anyone have any idea on how to get python on a debian sarge box to talk to a mysql5.x box Without the "authentication protocol not supported" errors? Its rather frusturating, that I've got mysql5.0 server/client etc installed and no trace of 4.x but the python lib still claims its living in 4.x world
