[plug] anti-virus

G'day All,

I have a laptop running WXP that is going overseas for my daughter.

I need a virus scanner that will update automatically when she logs on.

I realise that Linux is the best free anti-virus software around, but in 
this instance, is not an option.

I have looked at Clamav, but there doesn't yet appear to be a Windows 
version although there are plenty of people working on them.

Any suggestions gratefully rec'd.

Requirements ;
1) easy to maintain.
2) it works
3) preferably free
