I fully recommend it - I use it on my Windows PC's it runs maintenance
free - updates itself each time I access the internet.
It also intercepts all in/out going email - scans it and then passes it
on.
If it finds anything suspicious it removes the suspect items and places
them in a "Virus Vault" where the user can inspect and clean or delete
the item.
AVG also has a minimal footprint on the system and does not "BOG" the
system down like McAfee and/or Symatec AV programs.
