[plug] Debian - upgrade borked package

Hey folks:

Somehow in upgrading webmin the packages became borked and now webmin 
not only doesn't work, but I can't remove or reinstall the package.

Setting up webmin-core (1.180-3sarge1) ...
/etc/webmin/webmin.acl: No such file or directory
dpkg: error processing webmin-core (--configure):
  subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 2
[snip]
Errors were encountered while processing:
  webmin-core
[snip]
E: Sub-process /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)
