[plug] kde single click desktop - how?

KDE user advice needed, please.  I've wrestled with this problem for
ages and it must be _so_ simple, but I can't find it in the settings.
Now it's just giving me the sh!t$ :-(.

I'm setting up a multi-user system for my inlaws (yay! another forced
conversion to linux) and I want all users to have single-click desktop
icons.  Trouble is, I changed one user to double-click desktop icons and
cannot find where to change it back for the life of me :-(  Searched all
through settings for desktop and window appearance, etc, etc.  Someone
please put me out of my misery and hit me with a BIG clue bat ;-)
