Oh god, I've got an even better one.

Found in a .cgi file recently by me;-

#!/usr/bin/php
<?
$expiredate = date("Y-m-d");
(etc....

WHY WOULD SOMEONE DO THIS WHEN THERES A PERFECTLY FUNCTIONAL PHP SETUP
ON THE SERVER?

Grr....

AddType application/x-httpd-php .aspx

People who do this need to be beaten with a large pole however.
