[plug] webcams & software..

Hi again pluggers,

I'm being pestered by my daughter to get a webcam to augment skype voice 
communication.
Skype's software doesn't currently provide webcam support support in 
Linux tho' it does for Windows.

Has anyone a favourite webcam to recommend, with Linux drivers, and 
would it be possible to talk to a W$ machine running the skype video 
software at the other end?
