I used to use swiftfox for this reason on my Debian boxes. However, I
found nspluginwrapper, which wraps 32 bit plugins for a 64-bit
Firefox/Iceweasel. So far it's worked really well for flash and the
like.
In Debian you can apt-get install nspluginwrapper. You still have to
do some post setup, but it's not too hard.
