I think this depends on what the password backend is. For example, if
it's just unix users, then a simple script should be able to change
every user that has a valid password, to a single password. MySQL
might be even easier! Be careful if it is the /etc/passwd file your
playing with (or shadow) because you may end up changing the password
for more users than you want.
