May I suggest for possible topic considerations, some purpose specific
distributions that have web management interfaces. This can demonstrate
to Linux newbies, custom distributions that can be installed easily and
used from day 1 without any, or very little under the hood knowledge and
can be used with confidence in their environments to leverage the power
of Linux and Open Source.
A couple that spring to mind are:
1 - Endian Firewall - Security Appliance "
http://www.endian.com/en/community/about/ "
2 - SME Server - Small Business Server "http://www.smeserver.org/"
