I suggest we try a few mid-techie talks to get people actually used to
turning up. Don't aim too hardcore, don't aim too technical (unless,
of course, people ask.)

Just to make it easier, I'll pitch my virtualisation talk about half-way
between hardcore technical and "newbie".
