[plug] Is it working

In a rare aberration, the server seems to have been down for a few days.
Bad luck that it coincided when you just joined - unless you joining
blew the server ;-).

I have tried logging onto the web site over past few days to check on
list traffic but that has only just come back up. No doubt the stalwarts
who maintain the servers will give a broadcast to the list soon
explaining the difficulties they've had.
