It depends on how busy the moderators are, and whether they notice
that there's currently 7 pending moderator requests :) I try and clear
the queue once a week, or once there's a few pending requests built
up. The vast majority of the messages are spam, yes.

It looks like your message was about 300kb; the list holds requests >
30kb for moderation. I'm reluctant to let something that big through -
people on dialup may not be appreciative. If you can't post it up on a
webserver somewhere contact me offlist and we can sort something out.
