Well, it seems that you have a specific reason for wanting those two 
pieces of functionality together.  Tell us a bit more about your 
requirements, and maybe it will prompt someone to say "oh, 
such-and-such CMS has modules that do those things".

Obviously.  Sometimes I wonder if my blinkered view of FOSS is a 
handicap, but then I realise I'm having too much fun with Linux to 
care. :-)
