# fdisk /dev/sdb
Command (m for help): t
Partition number (1-4): 1
Hex code (type L to list codes): 82
Command (m for help): w

then rinse & repeat for /dev/sdc

Changing the partition type doesn't touch any of the data on the
partition, it just changes the flag in the partition table.
