[plug] determining network usage by ip-address

My house is too far away from the telephone exchange to get anything
resembling ADSL.  The upshot of this is that BigPond 3G [wireless over
the mobile phone network] is the *ONLY* broadband available to me.
It's either that or dialup. 8-(
