[plug] Linux web site with the command-line basics?

Hi,

I am trying to learn about Ubuntu at the moment (the server distro). I
am looking for a site with all the commands and also something that
explain the storage architecture (what are all the different partitions
and what for).

I am trying to install Tomcat, Java and would like to know how to
install them, where they go, how I can manage the access, etc... All of
that using the Ubuntu command line.
