[plug] Which brand of laptop?

While we're lobbing in preferences, HP have pretty good on-site support. 
We've got probably 30 HP laptops & desktops, and about 15 servers, and 
of all the warranty calls over the past two years, only one has taken 
longer than two business days to resolve[1]. We always make sure we've 
got 3 or 4 year on site warranty on any machines we buy.

[1] Ironically, that machine has the highest level of support! Something 
like 24x7, 4hr response, same day fix. We were rather unimpressed, and 
passed it up the HP complaints chain.
