[plug] strange wifi issue

If you try again, and email me the logs off-list, I can have a look, see
if there is anything obvious.

Send /var/log/messages and /var/log/syslog

It's situations like yours that make people run from Linux.....good on
you for sticking it out :)

I would also suggest trying linuxMint - have had good experience with
it, and it is a nice easy to use distro. (I use it to convert people
away from windows)
