[plug] Latest gutsy update to NVIDIA driver

Boy, am I in trouble with today's update. I should keep a record of 
what's proposed - will in future - but the graphics are stuffed up - how 
do I unwind the update?
I'm running now under the Gnome failsafe setup (it's a mainly all white 
screen if I don't) but my monitor's not nearly big enough to accomodate 
the desktop if you know what I mean.

I have to go out right now but any ideas appreciated.
