I found it:
#ls -l /home/rennie/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/rennie/My\ Documents
lrwxrwxrwx 1 rennie users 12 2008-02-03\
15:02 /home/rennie/.wine/drive_c/windows/profiles/rennie/My\
Documents -> /home/rennie
So within my home directory is a link pointing to my _home_ directory ...
which contains a link to my _home_ directory which .......
So my question now is: how do I avoid this in future while copying files -
including hidden ones - from one PC to another on the network ... with
minimal fuss and setup effort?
Cheers,
Rennie
