Not sure it's even off topic. I tend to think of this list as a FOSS 
list rather than a GNU/Linux-only list these days - I even named its 
folder FOSS in my Thunderbird account.

I'd personally rather see W3C compliant and any-browser
http://www.anybrowser.org/campaign/

That said, I'm not complaining. Support for a quality non-majority is a 
step in the right direction in my books.
