Thanks Brad. Though I nearly gave up on replex just now. It kept giving 
me "usage" even though the command I gave complied. It turns out that 
the "-t" option is not optional. Argh!!

Now it fails with "Can't find all required streams" despite already 
finding a video and audio stream.
