I'm not rtfm-ing much lately, sorry ;-) Answering my own post, I will
try the option of something like 'kong-pdf' to extract all odd pages
from all even pages, apply pdf90 (twice over) to rotate odd pages a
total of 180deg, then use gs to recombine into one pdf file. Oops, that
last step won't work - it won't interleave odd with even alternately, it
might just append odd to even unless I specify each page as a listed
file name? Damn, seems I had it there for a minute. Anyone got any more
elegant solution?
