[plug] Postfix issue

I'm not very familiar with qpopper, but it looks like you may have more than 1 daemon running trying to access the inbox of you mail files.

Just check and make sure your Outlook is close and give qpopper a restart and do a `ps axf` to see you only have 1 qpopper running(don't worry about the # of child processes).

Also try telneting to localhost and not from a another IP for now.
