[plug] Linux webcams

I purchased a Logitech C200, and it works great. It uses the uvc driver 
I believe, which actually supports a heck of a lot more cameras than I 
realised.
Anyone looking for Linux compatible webcams, take a look at

Also, the other webcam I tried (borrowed) used a different drive and 
required some funky LD_PRELOAD to get it working in skype. The logitech 
(and uvc driver) didn't require any of that, it just worked. But 
pulseaudio was a pain, so I killed the pulse audio server, forced it to 
not autoload, and use just pure ALSA, that way I can select the USB mic 
(part of the camera) as the audio input. You /can/ do this with pulse, 
but not via Skype. All in all, killing pulseaudio actually solved other 
sound issues I've been having, so 2 birds with one stone.
