I dabble with windows and linux alot

I like stuff thats general purpose
so I usually have the odd extra piece of hardware that helps out (ie.network cards, routers, portable usb dvdrw)

now have a new one :)

usb network adapter (only 10/100)  
pluged into ubuntu where onboard eth not working
instantly reconised  and now updated ubuntu :)
now added to toolkit

any other little things that people know of that JUST works :)  (prefably newer stuff)
