Great point. We did at one stage have an events coordinator, but that 
seemed to end up being the Presidents job last year. I guess having a 
calendar planned further ahead would help as well.

I think a VoIP/Video hookup is perfectly possible, and would be a great 
way to bring in the regional members. And yes, it probably would have 
helped with the AGM if we had set it up!
