[plug] Misconfiguration on server tcp/routing

I've had no problems with Billion in the last few years.

Recently had similar issues with DNS on a router, think it was a netgear
but can't remember. Apparently it's to do with IPv6 causing issues, and
seeing as most Windoze clients don't have IPv6 on by default, the fault
wasn't apparent except under Linux. My solution, run dnsmasq and/or set
to always use ISP or another providers DNS servers. (I used googles new
public dns servers so it works from any location, as this was on my
laptop and some ISP's limit connection to their DNS servers to their
customers. Plus 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 are easy to remember, even if they
aren't located in Australia).
