[plug] Paid support wanted.

Hi Alex,
Yes I work on my own and I have 2 small IT firms that I network with when
needed. I've owned my business for 16 years since arriving here from the
US.
My certifications was in IBM (PSE), Novell MCNE), Compaq (ASE), currently
Cisco CCNA, etc. I mainly use tier 1 products to minimise downtime. I'm
capable of building PC's and servers from the bottom up. I offer my client
remote backup capability for diaster recovery (ex cost).
My hourly rate is $125/hr within CBD and $150/hr outside CBD. After hours
and weekends are 1.5 hourly rates.
I've structured my business where I have access to my clients networks and
desktop via RDP or Radmin via a VPN. This allows me to access the network
fairly quickly, if I'm on another site. I go in once a week for a few hours
to check servers and firewall logs, etc. and answer questions users or
clients may have.

Regards,

Jon

Hi Jon,

I've already spoken to someone, but I would be interested to know more about
your business.

Do you work on your own? Hourly rate? etc.
