[plug] Asterisk bringing two calls

Hey Alvin.

That would have been me. We still don't have working list archives
while we sort out servers.

Feel free to ask for help. I've got it working nicely now, just no web
interface. Apparently a number of php/web interfaces exist, I've just
not played with any yet. I think writing your own simple one might be
the way to go (secure it with .htaccess, simple form with 2 inputs for
number, special sudo command to allow it the change file to be owned
by asterisk...)
