Thanks for your detailed and thorough reply, Bernd. I hope and imagine 
the building company are doing that level of project management, whereas 
I as owner and designer am wanting to have thorough control over what 
they are providing for my money. So, no, I don't need the same level of 
project management as if I was the building supervisor, thank god!

And Paul ... thanks, I'll check out that project as an alternative to 
the offerings already looked at.
