Just reminding everyone that TOMORROW is the AGM.
(Original notice sent 27 Dec.)
We shall be electing a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary 
and several Ordinary Committee Members.

If you can't make it, please appoint a proxy* and e-mail their name 
along with your nominations & votes to committee at plug.org.au .  (See 
link below for incumbents, but be aware that Tim is not standing for 
President again).

* A proxy is someone who votes according to your instructions.
This could be someone whom you know will be attending, or the "returning 
officer", who is a volunteer that counts votes and does not stand for 
any positions.
