Mandrake 8.0 and Debian 2.2):

Names can also be used for  the  ``month''  and  ``day  of
week'' fields.  Use the first three letters of the particular 
day or month (case doesn't matter).  Ranges or  lists
of names are not allowed.
       month          1-12 (or names, see below)
       day of week    0-7 (0 or 7 is Sun, or use names)

So Monday would be 1 and the syntax for every other Monday would be:

0 23 * * 1/2 script

This should run every second Monday at 11:00pm for every date in the month,
for every month of the year. Try it.
