[plug] open source wiki ticket project

Hey Guys

I'm working for a not for profit organisation at the moment.

They are looking for a few open source systems
wiki
ticketing
project management

They did eval Trac but are not keen on it, i suggested mediawiki, dokuwiki
and otrs

Something we can install on Debian or Ubuntu Servers

They don't all have to be together as one

They want something fairly easy to use and basic. (not to many advanced
features for them)

Any comments or suggestions would be appreciated.
