Well...

Contrary to the Perth tech meetup meeting where it was decided against
putting forward a bid... well... the bid document looks like its going
to be put forward after all, but the team will need active volunteers
who are going to help in key positions for the next 18 months.  At this
stage, Paul and Luke have been sharing being the key pair of people -
they need people who will take on specific tasks, and then they'll be
following up to make sure these tasks happen quickly so they can move on
to the next item.
