Hey Guys

I was wondering on your recommendations for the following solutions web
based

project management(with client involvement)
task management(with client involvement)
support tickets(with client involvement)
faq or wiki
full exporting or backing up dump of data
full mobile device/smart phone support. Multi platform support
The simpler the better

I have looked at a few and tested some, but their is so many around.
