[plug] Mint 13 login

Hi

I have tried 2 editions of Linux Mint 13, the KDE version from the 
October APC DVD and the Xfce edition from the Optus mirror.

Both passed the md5 check and integrity check, and were installed on a 
4GB SD card.  I would have used a DVD, but I currently have no 
functional burner.

Both editions require a username and password to access the live 
session.  They are not documented.

Does anyone know what they are?  Or where to get a copy that does not 
require them?
