[plug] Telstra Mobile Broadband problem

I will check it out tomorrow.  Unfortunately I live in a black spot and 
need to go up to the road (700m) to get a signal.  Without that the 
wireless related menu entries are not displayed.

I've never had to enter login details.  They appear to be encoded in the 
modem.  Probably the SIM card's number is the key.
